Sitarist Tommy Khosla and Oud player Mow Ray join forces to present a unique duet between the sitar and oud. Two instruments with a rich sonic history are brought together in a contemporary way.

Sitarist and composer Tommy Khosla navigates a diverse musical landscape, citing inspiration from a variety of genres including Latin jazz, hip-hop, and electronic music. Khosla gained notable recognition with the release of their debut solo album, "Vignettes," a self-produced LP featured in Songlines Magazine and BBC Asian Network. Currently studying under Anoushka Shankar and Ricky Romain, Khosla's performances encompass a wide spectrum, from playing Genshin Impact’s youtube concert with London Philharmonic Orchestra, and Birmingham Symphony Hall with Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, to grassroots performances including St Thomas' Hospital (Lyrix Organix) and educational settings like Oxford University (The World's Music at Oxford). Khosla is the founder and artistic director of multi-disciplinary collective JAWARI, who are currently working towards their debut LP - ROAD RASA.

Mow Ray is a plucked Chordophone player, currently studying Hindustani classical music under Ustad Mehboob Nadeem. He specialises in the guitar and Oud, but plays most stringed instruments under the sun, as evidenced by his solo album Swara Bilik Rempah, that sees him drawing influence from folk, rock n roll, jazz and music from his homeland, Indonesia. Mow Ray is a member of multiple music projects, including MTV trio, Sound Anthropology and JAWARI, and is an avid collaborator - performing at numerous London venues from The Jago Dalston to 180 Reference Point. His music crosses musical and cultural boundaries, with a passion and dedication to craft that radiates from his work.
