The big relaunch! We will be hosting live music every Tuesday in April and May, at The Russet in Hackney Downs. Expect amazing music, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere as we return to one of our much-loved former venues.
WHISKEY MOON FACE
Gin-soaked tales from the hallucinatory mind and underworld life of siren-voiced Louisa Jones, with her superb band in tow. The band have grown inseparable through their bohemian wanderings through jazz bars, festivals and tours in Russia, and their sounds are now one, as they take the show to higher and higher levels. A quiet spirituality and understated humour underpin this very special project. We love Whiskey Moon Face!
JIMMY AND THE MEDLARS
Jimmy Grayburn fronts his epic folk ensemble, as they interpret his banjo-toting take on traditional and original folk tales into orchestral wonders.
